Our Dining Policies

Our Hours:

Lunch: Weds-Fri 11:30am-2pm (last seating 1:30pm)

(Beginning April 4th, we will no longer be offering Saturday lunch service, except for private events. Please visit our contact page for private event information).

Dinner: Weds-Sat 4:30-8:30pm (last seating 8pm)

-Although we would love to accommodate specific requests for tables/counter seating, we are only able to fulfill seating based off of the seating you have reserved (i.e. indoor table, outdoor table or counter seating). Please do not book a table reservation and request counter seating as counter seating is ONLY available for same day reservations beginning at 2pm on our website. 

 -As we only have 31 total seats, table reservations are highly recommended and available up to 14 days in advance for both indoor and outdoor seating (covered, heated & insulated). We highly recommend checking the weather prior to booking a patio table.

-We offer 1 hour and 45 minute seating maximums and we ask that your complete party arrive at your scheduled reservation time to ensure that we have enough time to service you.

-Counter seating is bookable online for same day reservations only beginning at 2pm each day on our website. Max party size for the counter is 4ppl, all ages accepted but please include children in your count to ensure space.

-When booking, please provide a cell phone number, not a landline. Once your table reservation has been correctly booked, our reservation system will send you confirmation immediately via text or email provided. If you did not receive an email or text immediately after booking please check your spam first and then email us at info@caciosacramento.com to ensure your reservation. You will also receive a confirmation text message to the cell number provided, one day prior to your reservation as well.

-If arriving early, please be aware that we may have seatings before your reservation and our waiting space is located outdoors. If arriving late, we can hold your table for up to 10 mins.

A credit card is required for all dinner reservations as we have a firm 24-hour cancellation policy. A charge of $25pp will be applied for all no shows, excessively late tables (more than 10 mins) or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. 

If your child requires space other than a lap, please include children of all ages in your reservation count to ensure proper space. We ask that you refrain from bringing strollers for indoor seating as we have limited space. Please indicate if the child in your party requires a highchair (we have 2 highchairs available).

Cancellation/Modifications: If you need to cancel or modify a reservation outside of our open hours, please use the email received at booking or email us at info@caciosacramento.com (24 hr cancellation policy still applies unless due to weather/illness). 

Other Stuff

• We welcome well-behaved dogs on our patio, space is limited.

• Please no balloons, glitter or confetti both indoor and outdoor

• Corkage: $20 per bottle (waived per bottle purchased)

• Outside Dessert Fee: $3 per person (please note that we do not have refrigeration available for outside cakes/desserts)

Indoor Max Party Size: 6ppl

Outdoor Max Party Size: 6ppl

Counter Max Party Size: 4ppl (same day reservations only)
